Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. (Exception: Damaged plants).

However, we stand behind the quality of our plants. If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged plants
