Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Schedule
Rory’s Garden ships plants during the appropriate growing season (typically April through October), depending on plant readiness and weather conditions.

Order Processing & Shipping Timing
During the active growing season, orders are processed and shipped within 4–7 business days unless otherwise marked as pre-order.

Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, depending on destination and package requirements.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.

Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

Split Shipments
If your order includes plants with different availability dates, items may ship together when possible. In some cases, orders may ship separately to ensure optimal plant health.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available in Malvern, PA 19355. Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.

Delays
While we aim to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues, which are outside of our control.
